Orders
If you place an order we use a secure order form which requires you to provide contact, billing, and financial information. This information is transmitted to your credit card company to authorize your purchase. At certain times we may offer financing options with or without third party participation. If you use a financing option, information provided by you (such as your address, birth date, social security number, and credit card number) may be used to request a credit report from third parties or may be sent to a third party for processing. You will always be informed of this at the time you select any available financing option. All information obtained from you in the course of transacting orders is used for the purpose of fulfilling your order in a timely manner and for communicating the status of your order with you.
Log Files
We may track IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information, and we do not distribute or share IP information with any third parties. We do use IP addresses in order to investigate fraudulent orders and credit card charges.

The Xcell FX Web site uses a feature called a "cookie" to assign a unique identification to your computer. Cookies are files that your browser places on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart and to help us determine whether you came to Xcell FX from a particular Internet link or banner advertisement.
Cookies are also be used to help save and retrieve passwords used on the Xcell FX site. That way, you won't have to reenter shipping and billing information with each new purchase from Xcell FX. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all areas of the site which require you to provide personal or account information, including online ordering, order status, and quote requests.
